Returns & Exchanges Policy

Our Philosophy

In order to ensure that each and every one of our customers is happy with their purchase from us, we handle exchanges and returns on an individual basis. We respectfully ask that customers test the product thoroughly and provide problem tips for speedy fixes, so please be patient.

Standard Returns

Within 30 days of delivery, you may return new, unopened items that you bought from our website for a refund or store credit. If a return is made, it will be shipped back to the original address on the order; otherwise, it will not be accepted.

For sanitary and safety purposes, the following items are NON-RETURNABLE if opened or used:

  • E-Liquids
  • Atomizers – such as RDA & Tanks
  • Disposable Vape
  • Replacement Pods & Coils – if temper foil is broken
  • Replacement Coils – if temper seal is broken
  • Spare Parts – Drip Tips, Glasses, O-Rings
  • Hemp Products
  • Rechargeable Batteries
  • Glass Products and Glass Accessories

Products that have unique product seals, like hardware packaging with tamper-proof stickers or bottle caps made of E-liquid, cannot be returned once the seal is broken.

Warranty Service

A 30-day limited warranty is included with hardware devices that are ordered straight from our website and is valid from the moment of delivery. Extended warranty terms are not granted upon initial contact with our department. For an extended warranty period, you can also get in touch with the manufacturers directly for After-Sales Service.

Types of products not covered under our 30-Day Warranty:

  • Atomizers – such as RDA & Tanks
  • Disposable Vape
  • Replacement Pods 
  • Replacement Coils
  • Spare Parts – Drip Tips, Glasses, O-Rings
  • Hemp Products
  • Rechargeable Batteries
  • Glass Products and Glass Accessories

In order to be eligible for service under warranty, you must initiate a returns process by contacting us at admin@vapecartonline.com or use the Contact Form within 30 days of original delivery. We do require the defective item to be shipped back to our facility prior to the issuance of a refund or store credit.

The 30-Day Limited Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, disassembly, customized modifications, accidents, or user mistake. Moreover, this guarantee does not cover incidental or consequential damages.

Replacement parts (coils and pods) and atomizers such tanks and RDAs might not be covered because the original manufacturer does not offer warranty coverage for these kinds of products. For further information, go to the manufacturer’s website.

Note: To process the warranty service, certain manufacturers do require the warranty card that is included in the packaging. Please do not discard the contents of the packaging.

Delivery Issue Policy

Claims for damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be notified to us within 48 hours of the delivery date. Upon getting your things, please carefully inspect them. It is your responsibility to check them within the allotted period and to notify us of any damage or problems. To continue with the process, you could be asked to send the wrong products back to our facility or to fill out an affidavit form.

Broken or damaged products reported to us after 48 hours of delivery will not be covered under our policy.

NOTE: A photo of the item(s) received along with the paper invoice is required to assist you.

Minor scratches, cosmetic issues, and discoloration are considered normal wear and tear and are not covered by warranty.

Additional Information

We cannot guarantee that the items will work together. Before placing your order, please conduct any necessary research or contact us with any queries you may have about compatibility. Because of incompatibility, returns will not be accepted.

If you would like to submit a request for refund, replacement or exchange, please contact our returns department by email at admin@vapecartonline.com. Please provide your FULL NAME, ORDER #, PHONE NUMBER, and REASONS for the return. You may be requested to provide pictures or video proof of the issue. If the return is approved, you will receive further instructions on returning the package.

Regular envelopes or paper envelope material are inadequate for returning products, and they run the risk of being misplaced or damaged in transit. Envelopes or cartons with padding are necessary. If the products are returned in poor condition, your return may be denied.. Additionally, do not ship the return package back to the address on the parcel, as it may be one of the carrier’s transit warehouses, which differs from the facility we operate from.

Note: Atomizers that may be bought on our website, including tanks, RDAs, RTAs, RDTAs, pod systems, and starting kits, are only meant to be used with e-liquids and e-liquids containing nicotine salts. Any usage of CBD oil, cannabis-based goods, oil, or similar liquids will void the product’s warranty and cannot be returned to us.

In addition to the precise legal rights granted by this warranty—which differ from state to state—you could also have other rights.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is a conventional return (i.e., wrong item ordered or no longer needed), the client will be charged for the expense of mailing the products back to us. We don’t provide replacements since damaged goods will be returned to you with credit. Adult Signature Service, Route fees, and all shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refund Process

A refund can be made using the original payment method (credit card, debit card, etc.) or can be given as shop credit. If the cardholder no longer has control of the credit card, Element Vape is not liable for refunds to prepaid cards or cancelled credit cards.
